在业务上，公司最初只经营北美、日本、韩国的拼箱业务，发展成为集拼箱进出口、整箱进出口、全球空运进出口、陆运(私人货物和非贸易货物)为一体的国际货运代理公司。依托总公司的优势，业务得到了跨越式的发展，特别是大型远洋特种货物(开箱、架式)集装箱和散货散货的运输。同时,面对竞争激烈的国内外市场,公司不断调整的操作模式,使其更加合理,自1999年以来,对于巩固现在货运代理业务与中远、中海、MSC、CMA等等一些国内外船东和中国国航,韩国和其他航空公司建立良好的合作关系,签署了一项协议。公司自2000年成立进口部以来，专业从事进口业务，并承接国内所有进口清关业务，为广大客户提供更广泛、更优质的服务。
